MiniFil-Junior® Sanitary Filter Housing is designed to meet GMP standards. It is small in size, light in weight, and easy to operate. The filter shell is made of 316L stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and can efficiently meet the filtration needs of laboratories and development process for small-batch products. This design is widely used in pharmaceutical, biotechnological, food/beverage and Micro-Electronic industries.

Features

• Ultra-high degree of polishing: Internal: Ra≤0.3μm, External: Ra≤ 0.4μm.
• Adopts smooth crevice-free welding and sanitary design. Excellent cleanability & liquid drainage.
• Vent/Drain Valve: the threaded sleeve is separated from stepped hose barb, so the connection tube will not rotate when venting or draining.
• A strengthened closure clamp allows a maximum operating pressure of 1.0MPa.
• With a small footprint and ease of disassembly, this series is ideally suited for use in the manufacture of pharmaceutical, food/beverage products and micro-electronic industries.
• The heavy-duty housing legs have strengthened threads for stability and ruggedness.  Adjustable nuts on the legs allow height adjustment for installation convenience. Suitable for Clean-in-Place and Steam-in Place processes.
